Urban and architectural competition for residential and business building in block D1 Trnjanska cesta in Zagreb was carried out.

Projects are ranked the first work by the Conceptual urban and architectural concept the author of Mateja Bender, civil engineer and graduate Domagoja Crnogorac, architectural engineer

The zone designated for construction of residential and commercial buildings D1-3b, which is located between Trnjanska cesta to the west, Ljubomir Maraković street to the east, connecting road to the south.

The newly formed building plot approx 4722.00 m2, is located in a residential / commercial buildings.

Total gross building area of the building is 24,347 m2, with 144 apartments and 230 parking spaces.

 
The stage is the creation and execution of major projects and obtaining necessary permits our investments in Trnje.
